All equipment is shipped from Brazil and adapted, in our labs, to the North American comercial standards

Warranty & Returns

The equipment provided is warranted against defects, including hidden defects in design, material and workmanship that occur within 12 (twelve) months from the date of invoice issue at the Maqtiva factory / distributor. . Under-warranty service will be provided by Main Drive Solutions only for equipment invoiced under warranty except for out-of-warranty service. We do not accept returns of machinery and equipment without technical reason warranted.

Exchanges

You have 15-20 calendar days to exchange an item from your order. The days are counted from the payment date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must still be in possession of our supplier in Brazil (before international shipping) to be accepted.
For quality reasons, we do not accept exchanges once the product has gone through international travel.
Upon request you will need to provide also the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will notify the supplier that we have received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must still be in possession of our supplier in Brazil (before international shipping) to be accepted.
For quality reasons, we do not accept refunds once the product has gone through international travel.

We will need approximately 7 days to fully refund the product costs, as it involves international remittances . If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Prices
Prices quoted in the offer are for delivery FOT – Main Drives Solutions (Orlando) Prices do not include the 6.5% state tax.
2. Proposal Validity
This proposal is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
3. Packaging
Standard Maqtiva packaging is included in the delivery.
4. Shipping time
The delivery times mentioned in this proposal will be counted from the receipt of the technical request and commercially clarified.
5. Payment Terms
50% on order and 50% on shipping inside North America
NOTE For invoicing less than US $ 250.00 payment must be advanced, via bank deposit.
Payments due to Tots Machine may not be suspended or reduced without prior written authorization by Tots Machine. In the event of late payment, terms, prices and other contractual conditions may be reviewed at Tots Machine’s discretion to reflect the consequences of such delay.
6. Late Payment
In the event of late payment of any of the installments due, there will be a penalty clause, comprising: a fine of 5% of the total amount, both applied pro-rata-die between the due date and the date of actual payment.
